QUESTIONNAIRE FOR ORGANISATIONS

Do you support schools with ESDGC?

If the answer is 'yes', then please take a few moments to fill in this very brief but important questionnaire.

What is the questionnaire for and how will it be used?

For the last 4 years the Enabling Effective Support (EES) initiative (in partnership with Local Authorities and many other organisations) has been supporting schools with ESDGC in a variety of ways. For your information an outline of the initiative is attached.

To enable us to continue to provide EES and to make sure that we are meeting current and future needs, we would value your feedback. All the information that we gather will be used to inform future developments to support ESDGC regionally.

The questionnaire should only take a few moments to complete which needs to be emailed or posted back to myself (contact details below).
