Bilborough: So, here’s the scoop. Three teenagers, all around 15 and 16 years old, got nabbed by the cops after a machete was found in a flat. It all went down on Bracebridge Drive late on a Sunday night.

Police showed up after getting reports of a break-in. They spotted some kids trying to make a run for it. The officers quickly arrested three boys, and they’re still in custody while the investigation continues.

Turns out, the machete was stashed in a bag inside the flat. Not a good look for these teens, right? One of the 15-year-olds even got hit with an extra charge for having some cannabis on him.

The victim of the break-in said a watch was stolen, but good news—cops found it later behind the property. Detective Chief Inspector Claire Gould praised her team for their quick action in getting the weapon off the streets.

She mentioned that the investigation is just getting started and urged anyone with info to step up and help out. If you know something, you can call the police or reach out to Crimestoppers anonymously.
