Someone stole stuff from a London business. A man named Rostom Zenir did it. He has no permanent home address. The court sentenced Zenir to jail for one year. He was found guilty of stealing six times.

These thefts occurred on Little Somerset Street. This street is within London’s City district. Zenir stole things like laptops, taking these items between December 2024 and January 2025. The total value exceeded £4,000.

Zenir, age 24, received another order called a Criminal Behaviour Order. He cannot enter the Square Mile for five years. Breaking this order means more jail time.

Detective Sergeant Helen Bentley spoke, representing the City of London Police. She hopes it gives people comfort and wants licensed places to feel safer too. This order will help to protect businesses and guard communities from crimes, including theft and bad behavior.

Bentley takes these crimes seriously. She warned criminals in the City that police will bring them to justice.
