Global youth work encourages critical
thinking about the world around us, not just accepting at face value
messages given to us from for example the media or from politicians.
Global youth work is in response to the fact that our daily lives are
connected with the lives of others throughout the world, and is a
process of recognising that we are members of a global society and as
such we have global rights and global responsibilities.
Current work looks at celebrating good practice and
working collaboratively to develop a common understanding of ESDGC
within this sector.
